You will need to supply the following to complete your profile:

• An artist's statement and/or biographical sketch. This can be a resume or an informal narrative sharing background information, artistic motivations, and/or influences.
  
  Please provide your statement in a digital format - on floppy disk, zip disk, CD or via email.
  
  
• Up to 20 samples of your original art work. (We will need access to your original materials for up to 3 weeks.)
  
  We can accept images on floppy disk, zip disk, CD or via email. We can also scan photographs or slides of your artwork. If you are supplying digital images of your work, the image must be no smaller than 500 pixels in width or height and should be of the highest quality possible. Please do not compress your images for the web. Acceptable image formats include jpegs (.jpg), bitmaps (.bmp), and tiffs (.tif).
  
  - Work should be suitable for framing or display.
  - Work should be clearly titled and priced, if for sale.
  - Dimensions of work: You may measure either height and width of the unframed or framed piece. This information is optional.
  
  
• An optional publicity shot or clear photo of yourself.
  
  
• Contact information, which must include phone number(s), address, and email for home and/or work or studio. Specify what information can be made public on the web and what information should be kept confidential, for library use only.
  
  
• The address of your web site, if applicable.
  
  
• Upcoming exhibits or shows, if applicable.
